We are not the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the Unified Carrier Registration system, or any other government agency, and we are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any of them. Government filings can be made directly with those agencies, and in most cases you may do so yourself without using a third party.

Buying or selling operating authority has legal and tax consequences that depend entirely on your circumstances. Acquiring an authority does not transfer that responsibility to us, and it does not make you compliant on its own.
