We do one thing, and we do it properly
Sleepless buys and sells motor carrier authorities. That is the whole business. We are not a compliance shop with a side hustle, and we are not a broker who dabbles in this when it comes up.
Because it is all we do, we see the whole market: who is buying, who is selling, what things are actually worth, and which deals are going to be a problem before anyone has signed anything. That is worth a lot more to you than a generic service that touches this once a quarter.
We are based at 2117 W 1st St in Springfield, Ohio, and we work with people in all 50 states. Most of our business happens by phone, email and Telegram, so distance has never been the issue.
The things we will not do
Plenty of people will tell you what they stand for. It is usually more useful to know what someone refuses to do.
We will not oversell you
If buying an authority is not the right move for your situation, we will say so, even though it means we do not make anything on the call.
We will not hide the history
If an authority has a problem on its record, you hear about it from us before you commit, not from your insurer afterwards.
We will not shortcut the filings
Transfers go through the proper process. Anything else creates a problem that lands on you months down the line.
We will not move the price
The number we agree is the number. No fees that appear at the last minute because you are already committed.
We will not go quiet on you
You get an actual person who answers. During a deal and after it closes.
We will not pass your details around
What you tell us stays between us and the party you are actually dealing with. We do not sell contact lists.
