What we do
Sleepless facilitates the purchase and sale of motor carrier operating authorities and coordinates related paperwork and filings. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, an insurance agency, or a government agency.
Not a government agency
We are not the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any state or federal body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. We cannot issue, approve, reinstate or guarantee operating authority. Any decision on a filing or transfer rests entirely with the relevant authority.

Information on this site and information we give you in conversation is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances. The Sleepless name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent. Stock footage used on this site is licensed from third-party providers.

This site links to external services such as Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleepless is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability arising out of any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sleepless harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
